Jeff Koons: "The sculpture consists of seven elements in their 'Knotting' immediately your 'model': a refined twisted balloon snake, the associations of an abstract flower to awaken. The 'petals' shapes made up of six differently shaped beads, which have in the middle of a slit or notch - like recess. The three largest elements in a pyramidal arrangement, the 'legs' of the sculpture. Laterally protrudes in the Form of a narrow, rod-shaped cylinder of the 'peduncle' in the air" (art in the city, 2003, p. 24).
On a pool of a water getreppten area stands on three slender steel stand, the pyramidal cones-by-step sculpture by the renowned American artist Jeff Koons. The plastic is visible from almost all the Ways that bring the place to be.
The steel-plastic is monochrome painted with gelüstertem Blue.

Jeff Koons’s 'Balloon Flower' is one of the most provocative art installations in relation to the aspects of form, purpose, and public’s perceptions. Still, Koons’s sculpture can be discussed as a good and influential piece of public art because it not only catches the public attention, but it is also discussed as attractive due to the fact the sculpture is in harmony with the surrounding objects and buildings; it responds to the community’s needs while supporting the image of New York as a modern art center; and it is practical in terms of the urban design and rather thought-provoking.
