Bovenop het transformatorhuisje op de hoek van de Orteliuskade en de Jan Evertsenstraat markeert de schuin geplaatste 'Wolk' de toegang tot De Baarsjes en de route naar het Rembrandtpark. De wolk bestaat uit een beschilderde stalen vorm met acht ronde gaten en is verdeeld in twee gele en twee zwarte vlakken.
Han Schuil (1958) maakt sinds het midden van de jaren tachtig schilderijen op aluminium. Door aluminium als achtergrond te gebruiken komen de kleuren en lijnen strakker uit. Zijn schilderijen bestaan uit herkenbare eenvoudige motieven die je ziet op straat of tegenkomt in de hedendaagse beeldcultuur. Hij streeft de intensiteit na van een schilderij met de impact van een reclamebord.
