Monument dedicated to the patrons who have made a significant contribution to the history of Russia. They finanaced the construction and equipment of hospitals, schools, libraries, museums, shelters.
From the top, the monument looks like an eight-pointed star - the symbol of patronage. A column with a golden angel, releasing a dove into the sky is in the center of the composition. Names most famous patrons inscribed on marble slabs. Names of the sponsors of the twentieth century can be seen on the inside of the plate in the form of a circle lying on twelve small columns.
Monument encourages people to do good in the world and to live in peace and harmony.
